How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming tournament.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Do your paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all Holbrook paddles are backed by a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like core delamination or structural failures but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I clean and maintain my pickleball paddle?
To keep your paddle in top shape, wipe it down with a damp cloth after play. Avoid leaving it in extreme temperatures, such as a hot car, as this can damage the internal core and face materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options to bring Holbrook Pickleball gear to players worldwide very soon.
